Card #25-PQR

This card is for the 365 Card Challenge-  We had to use Polka dots, Red, and quilting- I used CTMH border stamp for stitching, Martha Stewart border punch, red ribbon, a black zipper and a charm-  I also used last week's sketch from Card Patterns--
